In that topic about Rin vs Sakura someone said something like Rin will allow you to do unlimited blade works something. Key word here 'allow'. Rin is the kind of person who controls her own life and those around her as well. She can allow or disallow you something. She will resist you if you do not follow her rules.
In contrast you can never imagine Sakura ever saying 'no' to anything. She does not control her life and generally lets people around her to decide for her. Especially Shirou. She will do anything for him.
Fundamentally that kind of passive acceptance and obedience is all you need from a woman. It is not her place to decide what to allow and what not. Her place is to obey orders and decisions of a man, my orders. At least that is what I need. Some might have different preferences.
