Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya Review

Overall rating 6.0/10 - OK with some flaws.

I can recommend watching.

I wonder if it is some cunning way of curing paedophilia.

Instead of adult girls, acting like cute babes to be likable to men, here we have little kids, acting like adults. Not sexy. May be only when Mayu is dressed like maid, but even that is too little. Syaro-chan from Goshiusa is better. Well fan artists can fix these characters, but that is no reason to watch the actual show.

Here we have unlikable snob Rin Tohsaka coach Prisma Illya to magic, while competing with another unlikable snob 'drill-hair' girl who similarly coach partially likable Mayu, best character in the show.

Fortunately Rin and 'drill-hair' do not ruin the show too much, perhaps the fact that they fight each other instead of being tsundere makes it less annoying to me. Otherwise I would have given it lower score.

Together they have to collect class cards from rouge servants or something like that. That is to tie it to the rest of Fate franchise.

Art is rather good. Battles are rather simple tactics wise but interesting to watch.

All in all it is alright and somewhat fun to watch, if you have nothing better to watch. It does not particularly annoys me in any way which is a good achievement in its own.

I would recommend you to look at a ceiling several hours straight instead of watching Eva for example, but this one is better than ceiling.

So Am I - Nightcore version

I like this song a lot. Not only the melody is good, but it also has lyrics I can relate to. When what socially acceptable is so noncentral, you need to look for people who resent it just like you and willing to defy social norms in secret together with you.

Nightcore does make it sound better than the original version.

Gochiusa Review

Overall Rating: 8.0/10 - Very Good
I recommend watching.

Syaro-chan is my waifu.

This one is a perfect example of how you make a good CGDCT anime. Show it warm and cozy, girls are all likeable waifu material and stuff they are doing enhances their feminine value and makes them perfect waifu material.

This show has all the above mentioned components.

In addition to Syaro-chan it also has Chino, Chiya, Cocoa and Rize. 5 good waifus for everyone's tastes. There is also Aoyama as well as Megu and Maya.

Show is mostly episodic without much of common underlying story. However it does not matter for a show like that.

Girls are cute and you want be there and be surrounded by them. Make them bring you food and coffee.

This show really makes your want to be theare. A perfect fantasy fulfilment.

Therefore I recommend it for everyone.

They somewhat ruined it in the second season though. But first one is perfect.

El Cazador de la Bruja Review

Overall rating: 7.0/10 - Good

I recommend watching.

Now this is a very nice cozy show, with a warm 2000s feel to it. Perfect to remind you of the better times that a unfortunately behind us in this detestable austerity era.

Here we have a very likable autism-hero Ellis, paring up with rather likable gun touting bounty hunter Nadie. Together they travel Mexico and participate in various events along the way.

Show is mostly episodic, however it has an underlying plot that connects everything together. It is is a conspiracy. Both Blue Eyes and LA trying to capture Ellis on behalf of Douglas Rosenberg. Details are revealed as show progresses. In fact Nadie was hired to do that as well, but decided to switch sides.

Ellis has hidden powers that many want, so Nadie has to fight them to protect Ellis. Well LA just want her sexually, but has to fight Nadie all the same.

There are many characters that only present in a single or several episodes and then gone. Each of them has their own stories, some are very interesting.

Animation is old but well drawn, it has great vision of what they attempted to achieve with tools they had at their disposal back then.

Music is done Yuki Kajiura. It fits the show very well and enhances overall experience.

Overall I can recommend it to everyone.

Dolls Frontline Review

Overall Rating: 7.5 out of 10 - Good

I recommend watching.

Some soldiers give their rifles female names. Here these rifles go alive as cute babes.

While this show has flawed plot and dubious battle system, I still willing to rate it high because rifle-waifus are cute waifu material.

Art is good and four main characters are rather likable. I particularly like M4A1. Other gun-girls are also mostly nice.

Antagonists are well designed and very creative. Sexy black outfits and so on.

Art is good, finally modern high-quality art is used on girls that are actually cute and not some feminist fodder, like Asuna from SAO.

It has similar over feel as Frame Arms Girl, but somewhat more cohesive and makes somewhat more sense.

Overall, I can recommend it mostly for the waifus. However, these are good waifus.
